Arineo recognized as a training company

Arineo has successfully completed the procedure of the Chamber of Commerce (IHK) in Göttingen for recognition as a training company. Starting in August 2019, the company will train four talented young adults per year as IT specialists for application development. Two positions will be filled in the Microsoft D365 environment; two in e-business. At Arineo, young people learn to build IT landscapes, to program applications and to cooperate successfully in a team. "In addition to our specialist skills, we pay close attention to so-called soft skills. We promote critical thinking in our trainees as well as their ability to work in a team and handle conflicts constructively. After all, these skills are mandatory in today's labor market," explains Marc Posner, trainer at Arineo.

As a rule, Arineo offers trainees a permanent position after completing their apprenticeship. "We train for our own needs. After all, we are also feeling the effects of the shortage of IT specialists. Training is an excellent way for us to attract new employees," adds Posner. The trainees are supervised by three Chamber of Commerce certified trainers with many years of experience – between them, they have already prepared more than 50 young people for working life in their careers.
