EOC. These three letters form the core of what makes us a special service provider in the IT market. It is the short form of our company: Employee-owned company. In practical terms, Arineo will be fully owned by employees within a period of ten years. They are not allowed to withdraw any capital from the company - all surpluses are returned to the company. That makes us strong. And gives our customers a level of security that is rare in our industry. 

The employee market in IT is something special: Employees are rare, extremely well trained, and can choose whom to work for. It is not uncommon for entire teams to change employers together. This means that IT service providers must create particularly good working conditions in order to retain good employees. Finally, a resignation during an ongoing IT project can have considerable effects on the course of the project and on customer satisfaction. 

This is where our EOC idea comes into play. We rely on sound evidence in occupational psychology to create a workplace that meets people's needs. This is guaranteed by the EOC construct: Arineo cannot be sold and surpluses flow - since the owners are employees - exclusively into securing our efficiency and the continuous further training of our employees.
